"Ozzy" the Osprey lives in Encinitas, California. Ozzy is often spotted perched atop the bluffs of Leucadia, overlooking the surf while searching for the next meal (spoiler: it's fish!). A group of local residents became rather enchanted by Ozzy and together built a skyward platform that can support a nest, if Ozzy so chooses to build one.
Ozzy took to the platform immediately. The residents hope Ozzy will begin building a nest and perhaps one day attract a mate.
